Most of our leads started on the floor or on the line. We promote from inside first.

Team meals on shift. You should know the food you serve, and it should be worth eating.

Nobody gets thrown into a Friday rush cold. You learn the station before you run it.

Where we need people

Front of House

Server Full & Part-time TABC certification preferred, or we will help you get it.
Host Evenings & Weekends First face guests see. Warmth matters more than experience.

Bar

Bartender Full & Part-time You will be building the signature list nightly. Cocktail experience preferred.
Barback Evenings Keep the bar moving on a busy night. Great way into bartending.

Back of House

Line Cook Full-time Grill, fry and saute stations. Willingness to learn required.
Prep Cook Early Shifts Brining, marinating and setting the day up before doors open.
Dishwasher Full & Part-time The job that keeps the whole building running. No experience needed.

Management

Shift Lead Full-time Running the floor and closing the building. Prior leadership required.
