What is Den 10?
Den 10 is a Texas bar & grill built around Infus'd Chicken. The menu spans six signature Infus'd plates, appetizers, burgers, sandwiches, wraps, a kids lineup, desserts and drinks.
What does "Infus'd" mean?
Infus'd is our signature preparation -- chicken worked with a spice-and-marinade blend before it's cooked, so the flavor carries all the way through the meat rather than just sitting on the skin. You'll see it across every signature plate on the menu.
What are the six signature Infus'd plates?
Infus'd Smokey Chipotle Chicken, Infus'd Honey Garlic Chicken, Infus'd Mexican Fiesta Chicken, Infus'd Saffron Truffle Cream Chicken, Infus'd Gravilicious Platter Chicken, and Infus'd Nashville Fiery Chicken. Prices run from $12.99 to $15.99.

What appetizers do you serve?
Chicken Bites, Chicken Overload Wings, Chicken Drumlet, Dynamite Katsu Fries, Cloud Egg, Poppeyes, Spicy Devil (deviled eggs), plant-based Infusion Tenders, Cottage Cheese Bites, Veg Katsu Fries and Cheese Popper Nachos.
Do you serve wings?
Yes -- Chicken Overload Wings ($9.99). Jumbo wings loaded with our Infus'd glaze, served with a blue cheese dip on the side.
What burgers are on the menu?
Four chicken burgers -- CLT, Picata, American Blast (double smash), and Nashville Chicken. Four veg options -- VLT, Picata Veg, American Blast Veg (double veg smash), and Nashville Gourmet Bun. Prices run from $8.49 to $10.99.
What sandwiches and wraps do you have?
Sandwiches: Club Sandwich, Smokey Bistro, Veg Club and Smoke Cheese. Wraps: Spicy Infus'd Wrap, Blast Grill Wrap, Double Infus'd Wrap, Cottage Cheese Wrap and Folded Egg Magic.
What sauces and dips do you use?
House sauce, our special Blast sauce, dynamite sauce, chipotle mayo, honey drizzle, lemon aioli, bistro mustard, honey mustard, vegan mayo, mint-yogurt dip, blue cheese dip and ranch dip -- depending on the plate. Check the menu for what pairs with each dish.
What desserts do you have?
Pecan Nuts Pie ($5.99), Ice Creams -- 2 scoops, vanilla, chocolate, strawberry or seasonal ($4.99), and Choco Trio Mousse -- three layers of dark, milk and white chocolate ($6.99).

Are there vegetarian options?
Yes -- a full veg lineup. Cottage Cheese Bites (crispy paneer with mint-yogurt dip), Veg Katsu Fries, Cheese Popper Nachos, and four veg burgers -- VLT, Picata Veg, American Blast Veg and Nashville Gourmet Bun. Also the Veg Club sandwich, Cottage Cheese Wrap, Cloud Egg, Poppeyes, Spicy Devil and Folded Egg Magic.
Do you have plant-based options?
Yes -- our Infusion Tenders are plant-based, Infus'd with bold spices and served with ranch dip ($7.99).
Is there a kids menu?
Yes -- four kid-friendly plates, all mild-spice and under $6. Infus'd Creamy Corn Chicken with soft dinner roll ($4.99), Infus'd Honey Glazed Chicken with fries ($5.99), Infus'd Golden Barbeque mini drumlets with dip ($5.99), and Infus'd Orange Chesty Chicken breast strips over rice ($5.99).
How spicy is the food?
Spice runs the full range. The Infus'd Nashville Fiery Chicken and the Spicy Infus'd Wraps lean traditionally hot. The Honey Garlic, Saffron Truffle Cream and the entire kids lineup stay mild. Most plates fall in between -- the descriptions on the menu are a good guide.
Do you have a sharing platter for groups?
Yes -- the Infus'd Gravilicious Platter Chicken ($15.99). Infus'd chicken pieces in rich gravy, served with dipping breads. Built to be passed around the table.
Do you have egg dishes?
Yes -- Cloud Egg (whipped egg white with runny yolk, baked golden), Poppeyes (popped egg bites with cheese and herbs), Spicy Devil (deviled eggs with paprika and chili oil), and Folded Egg Magic wrap (folded omelette, cheese, caramelized onion, hot sauce in a toasted wrap).
Do you have paneer dishes?
Yes -- Cottage Cheese Bites (crispy fried paneer, Infus'd marinade, mint-yogurt dip) and a Cottage Cheese Wrap (paneer, mint chutney, cucumber, onion, green peppers in a soft tortilla).
Can I customize my order?

What to drink
What drinks do you serve?
Iced Teas ($4.99), Coconut Spring Nectar ($5.49), Mojitos ($5.99), Milk Shakes ($6.49), Aerated Drinks ($2.99), and Mineral Water still or sparkling ($1.99).
What iced teas do you have?
House-brewed black or green tea, chilled over ice, with a choice of lemon or peach.
Are the mojitos alcohol-free?
Both -- classic or virgin. An alcohol-free version is available if you ask for it.
What milkshake flavors do you have?
Thick blended shakes in chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, Oreo or a seasonal flavor.
What aerated drinks are available?
Coke, Pepsi, Fanta, Mountain Dew, Diet Coke, soda and more.
What's the Coconut Spring Nectar?
Fresh coconut water blended with spring herbs, served chilled.
